Most of us finally master the courage to stand up and deliver a presentation after a lot of labour. The challenge and the fear that ambushes most people is the fear of managing questions from the audience. Sometimes we are afraid that the questions will embarrass us or expose our weaknesses or ignorance, but they are actually the jewels of learning.
